The spirit of curiosity and discovery was alive and well at the ESB Science Blast in May, where children from various local schools came together to participate in a day filled with scientific exploration. The event, aimed at fostering a love for science among young students, exceeded all expectations, culminating in a remarkable achievement – the children not only enjoyed the event but also created their own science questions that caught the attention of national media.

Hosted at University College, Limerick, the event featured a variety of interactive science stations, experiments, and demonstrations. The young participants eagerly engaged with each activity, their enthusiasm and inquisitiveness lighting up the venue.
